Mount Hope Bay Model Yacht Club<\/b><\/h2>

2025 Racing Season<\/b><\/p>

The club will race<\/span> DF95s<\/span> on <\/span>Tuesday<\/span>s <\/span>with<\/span> Thursdays <\/span>being the weather day<\/span>. All rac<\/span>ing will start promptly at 11.00<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>

There will be <\/span>a<\/span> Championship<\/span> for <\/span>DF95s<\/span> to be scored as follows: If 10 days are raced the best 6 days will count. For 11-12 days, the best 7 days to count. For 13-14 days, the best 8 days to count, and for 15 or more days, the best 9 days to count.<\/span><\/p>

There will be two <\/span>DF95 Regattas<\/span> on June <\/span>24th and <\/span>August 19<\/span>th<\/span>. Both regattas will also be scored as Championship days.<\/span><\/p>

For old <\/span>time<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s<\/span> sake<\/span>,<\/span> we will hold a <\/span>Soling <\/span>Regatta<\/span> on <\/span>Thursday, <\/span>June <\/span>12<\/span>th<\/span> and decide<\/span>,<\/span> after the event,<\/span> whether to hold another one or two<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cMake Ready\u201d will take place <\/span>prior to racing<\/span>,<\/span> which<\/span> will start on <\/span>T<\/span>ues<\/span>day<\/span>, May <\/span>13<\/span>th<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

The official season will end with racing on <\/span>September <\/span>23<\/span>rd<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

Weather delays <\/span>and postponements will be announced by 0900.<\/span><\/p>
